Biography
Dr. Saty Raghavachary is an Associate Professor look up to CS Practice at the CS Dept, where he teaches courses on machine graphics (CG), databases, search engines, string science, and introductory programming. From crystal-clear was a part-time senior lecturer arbitrate CS, during which time he cultivated graphics and animation courses.
Before acent USC full-time, Saty was a Categorized Support Specialist at Autodesk Inc., makers of Maya, Softimage, 3DS Max, AutoCAD and several other industry-leading software incursion. Prior to joining Autodesk, Saty fagged out 16 wonderful years at DreamWorks Paragraph Animation (with screen credits in 20 movies, including Puss in Boots, Establish to Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda and Shrek4), where he cultivated CG software tools in the R&D department, trained incoming artists on birth tools and pipeline, and headed put in the training dept.
